The University of Utah's Neuropsychiatric Institute (UNI) is a dedicated detox facility with around the clock monitoring, and specialized treatment staff.

Withdrawal is an issue when coming down from drugs and alcohol. Detox is imperative for the issues caused by withdrawal. Depending on the severity of the addiction, withdrawal effects can be quite damaging. Detox provides treatment for withdrawal, and can be life saving in dealing with chemical dependency with the body. Once the addict is stabilized, then it is time for addiction rehab and a personalized program. The drug rehab program at Cirque Lodge is the next step in the recovery process after detox.

Cirque Lodge offers up to a year of aftercare assistance for graduates of the addiction rehab program. This provides them with continued areas of support and treatment from programs centered close to the home of the client. With drug rehab and continued support, recovery from alcohol or drug addiction is easily achieved.

Support is vital in the addiction rehab process. We begin support within drug rehab. Support is then supplied after rehab from many relapse prevention programs. The family program at Cirque Lodge also is valuable to helping the family learn how to support their recovering loved one.
