To help clear up a number of questions regarding our program, we provide a frequently asked questions page to clear up any misunderstandings.

Do you accept insurance?


Cirque Lodge does accept most insurances, although we are not an in network rehabilitation program. We are more than happy to work with residents on their insurance and determine whether full or partial benefit is possible when you come to treatment.


Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid?


Cirque Lodge is a private program and is not contracted with any government agencies. Please contact state and local governments for a list of in-network Medicare or Medicaid addiction treatment facilities.


Do you offer Payment Plans?


Due to the highly volatile nature of addiction and recovery it is not beneficial to offer payment plans. In most cases payment for treatment is due upon admission at Cirque Lodge.


Can I pay with a credit card?


Yes, Cirque Lodge accepts all forms of major credit cards. It is also helpful to have a credit card on file to pay for any incidental charges that can be accrued during a treatment stay.


If I am discharged by the treatment staff can I get a refund?


Addiction treatment at Cirque Lodge is billed on a daily rate. These costs are front loaded to accommodate physicians and medical fees. Typically two weeks of treatment is where payment is met in the program. After that period of time residents are paid in full for the month. If a refund is requested, it is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Is smoking and tobacco use permitted?


As this is an addiction treatment facility, use of tobacco is discouraged. Cirque Lodge provides segments of medical treatment and tobacco cessation courses as a part of our addiction program for individuals who desire to quit. We do allow tobacco use during breaks in designated areas of our facility. Chewing tobacco is not permitted on the premises.


Do you accommodate any special dietary needs at your facility?


With proper notice we can accommodate any specialized dietary needs within reason. Be sure to inform the admissions staff of these needs so that preparations can be made by our kitchen staff.


Can I Bring My Laptop / Tablet?


When you come to treatment, becoming immersed in the program can be critical. Devices like a laptop or tablet can act as a distraction. We recommend that you leave your laptop or tablet at home while in treatment. Cirque Lodge does provide computers for residents with limited internet access to meet their needs while they are here.


Can I Bring My Cell Phone?


Nowadays a cell phone is vital in most peoples' lives. However, they can tend to be a distraction, especially to individuals who are trying to get well again from alcohol or drug addiction. We encourage you to leave these devices at home when you come to treatment. Residents who have their cell phones with them at admission are asked to relinquish their phone for safe keeping in the residents' personal effects box stored in the med room.


Can I Bring my Pet?


Due to health restrictions and allergies in people we do not allow for pets in our facilities. Cirque Lodge does have horses. Our Studio facility is home to our equine program and residents do have the opportunity to work with the horses during drug or alcohol treatment.


Do You Offer Private Rooms?


Studies have shown that the addiction treatment process is more enjoyable and effective in a shared room environment. Roommates can greatly facilitate the support structure of recovery. Private rooms are available for special circumstances at an increased rate.


Is the price of the interventionist included in payment?


Interventionists are a private third party business. As such they do charge their own rates. Cirque Lodge will be more than happy to make recommendations and suggestions on a number of leading intervention services to help begin the addiction treatment process. If I am formally discharged by the clinical staff will I receive a refund?


All refunds are determined on a case by case basis. Upon entry to our program each resident must sign a behavioral agreement which is a standard for conduct in our addiction treatment program. If the resident who is discharged is in any violation of the behavioral agreement, there will be no refund granted.
