To help clear up a number of questions regarding our drug rehab program, we provide a frequently asked questions page to clear up any misunderstandings.

Do you accept insurance?

Cirque Lodge is not an in network addiction treatment program. We do not accept any 3rd party billing. Some insurance companies do reimburse for out of network treatment. This reimbursement is left entirely up to the resident. We are happy to provide the documentation on policies regarding insurance.

Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid?

Cirque Lodge is a private drug rehab program and is not contracted with any government agencies. Please contact state and local governments for a list on in network Medicare or Medicaid addiction treatment facility.

Do you offer Payment Plans?

Due to the highly volatile nature of addiction and recovery it is not beneficiary to offer a payment plan of any nature. Payment for treatment is due upon admission to addiction treatment at Cirque Lodge.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes, Cirque Lodge Accepts all forms of major credit card.

If I am discharged by the treatment staff can I get a refund?

Addiction treatment at Cirque Lodge is billed on a daily rate. These costs are front loaded to accommodate physicians and medical fees. Typically two weeks of treatment is where payment is met in the program. After that period of time residents are paid in full for the month.

Is smoking and tobacco use permitted?

As this is an addiction treatment facility, use of tobacco is discouraged. Cirque Lodge provides segments of medical treatment and tobacco cessation courses as a part of our addiction plan. We do allow tobacco use during breaks in designated areas of our facility.

I have special dietary needs. Can you accommodate them in your program?

With proper notice we can accommodate any specialized dietary needs within reason. Be sure to provide notice of any dietary needs prior to admission to our addiction treatment facility.

Is detox included in the treatment payment?

Cirque Lodge is a private addiction treatment facility and does not offer detox services. We are partnered with detox facilities such as the University Of Utah's Neuropsychiatric Institute (UNI) in Salt Lake City. A number of medical insurance companies cover a medical period of detoxification. If detox is needed prior to entry of Cirque Lodge we can provide transportation to and from UNI and admittance to our addiction treatment program. UNI does offer discounts for detoxification prior to treatment at Cirque Lodge. For more information regarding detox at the Utah Neuropsychiatric Institute contact them at (801) 583-2500.

Can I Bring My Laptop?

No. Our goal is to have you fully involved in the addiction treatment program without outside distraction. There are computers available for internet and email access.

Can I Bring My Cell Phone?

No. Once again our goal in effective addiction treatment is to have you fully involved in our program. Residents do have access to phones at our drug rehab facilities.

Can I Bring my Pet?

No. Due to health restrictions and allergy violations we do not allow for pets in our facilities.

Do You Offer Private Rooms?

Studies have shown that the addiction treatment process is more enjoyable and effective in a shared room environment. Roommates can greatly facilitate the support structure of recovery. Private rooms are available for special circumstances at an increased rate.

Is the price of the interventionist included in payment?

No. Interventionists are a private third party business. As such they do charge their own rates. At Cirque Lodge we will be more than happy to make recommendations and suggestions on a number of leading intervention services to help begin the addiction treatment process.

If I am formally discharged by the clinical staff will I receive a refund?

All refunds are determined on a case by case basis. Upon entry to our program each resident must sign a behavioral agreement which is a standard for conduct in our addiction treatment program. If the resident who is discharged is in any violation of the behavioral agreement, there will be no refund granted.
