The Cirque Lodge consists of two facilities. Within these two facilities we can provide the very best in a nationally recognized alcohol and drug rehab program. They provide us with a number of venues for experiential work. They also provide us with the accommodations needed for individuals in their first 30 days of treatment, and also beds for those working a 60-90 day, or greater alcohol treatment program. The Cirque Lodge Alcohol Treatment Facility

Originally, the Cirque Lodge was just one residential alcohol treatment facility. It is private mountain Lodge in Sundance Utah, dedicated to treating those who suffered from the disease of alcoholism and drug addiction. Being nestled in the mountains, the Lodges offers high levels of privacy, and a limited number of beds gives the Lodge exclusivity. Today, the Lodge is still the limited enrollment location for those seeking drug and alcohol rehab. It has the feel of a world class retreat. It is coupled with a caring and intensive rehabilitation and life changing experiential activities.

The Lodge accommodates both men and women. The floor plan has identical rooms; they are located on opposite ends of the facility. Individuals can choose between shared or private accommodations according to their needs. The Lodge also has amenities, like jetted tubs, a sauna, a home theater, and even a private gym for working out. The landscaping to the Lodge provides breathtaking views of the mountains and private, quiet places for meditation and reflection. It is stunning magnificent place. It is a place the alcoholic can find support and addiction treatment for their problem.

Perhaps the most unique room at the Lodge is the Cirque Meditation Room. This room has 360 degree views of the surrounding mountains. To get to the meditation room, one must climb a large, log circular stairway. This room is used for groups and for counseling. It is also a private spot for our residents to come and to meditate. The Cirque is very much a 12-step program. This program is spiritually based, and time in the meditation room can be used in making connections to ones higher power.

The Studio Alcohol Treatment Facility

To accommodate a growing program, Cirque added a second facility. The Studio provided a venue for such an expansion. Originally the Studio was a place for filming TV and movies. A renovation made it ideal as a drug rehab and luxury alcohol treatment facility. The Studio houses our administrative offices, and also is the primary location for our Family Week Program. The Studio is a massive facility. It is made available to the local community for 12-step recovery meetings throughout the week. It is also the facility where we treat those who are in an extended recovery stay.

The Studio has accommodations and amenities similar to the Lodge. The difference is in the Studio's much larger population of community. Accommodations are provided for both men and women. These accommodations are separated by floors. During downtime, clients can enjoy a sauna session, time in the media room, or playing games in our game room. The Studio has a full size gymnasium. It is used for different sporting activities, and also in working with our personal trainers.

The Studio also provides a number of venues for experiential therapy activities. Our equine program, ropes course, art room and garden are all housed at this location. The Cirque Lodge Helicopter even lands here for that activity. Experiential activities are the difference to the Cirque Lodge alcohol rehab program. They provide lessons on recovery in ways that talk therapy just doesn't sometimes. These activities also gives a deeper meaning to working the 12-steps and communing with ones higher power.
