A treatment stay at Cirque Lodge is broken down into 30-day intervals. The initial 30 days are primary treatment care. This consists of a well balanced, personalized and effective treatment experience. However, this may not be enough time within a treatment environment to address all the concerns and to develop all the skills needed for long term sobriety. Cirque Lodge provides residents in need of addiction treatment time within our luxury drug addiction center with an extended treatment stay. Upon completion of primary care or an extended stay at Cirque Lodge, each resident is provided with the Continuing Care Plan and other privileges to help with relapse prevention.

Each resident benefits from a personalized approach to treatment. Clients can have very specific needs for their vulnerabilities and struggles. A tailored program allows each individual to receive the care they require for these vulnerabilities. It begins with a 30 day treatment stay and is continually tailored through an extended care program. This treatment plan is monitored by a counselor who oversees the entire alcohol or drug rehab program for that individual. The counselor is a licensed professional and provides personalized drug addiction therapies for residents.

Primary Care Treatment Stay

Primary Care consists of the first 30-days of treatment. Each resident is professionally and carefully assessed when they are admitted into the alcohol or drug rehab program. This assessment is then used to tailor a program specific to individual needs. Cirque Lodge is a 12-step program. The first 30-days of treatment are used to begin these steps of the recovery process. Since this isn't nearly enough time to cover many of the steps, an effort is made to provide a solid foundation of the initial steps of recovery.

A bevy of treatment programs are utilized at Cirque Lodge. These are performed in both one-on-one and group environments. Cirque Lodge is staffed with a number of experienced treatment professionals, and primary care consists of both effective traditional elements and modern forms of treatment therapies. Woven into all of this is our experiential program, which provides daily learning activities and recovery experiences. Family Week occurs every third week of treatment. This allows even the individuals in a 30-day program a chance to involve their family in effective treatments and workshops.

Extended Care in a Drug Addiction Center

After completion of a primary care stay, the resident is faced with a decision to remain in drug treatment or continue with outpatient recovery programs. Studies have shown that longer treatment stay is more effective. Because of this, many treatment facilities are based upon a 90-day program. At Cirque, this decision is left up to the resident and their family, but our clinical professionals are available to help with these decisions and making professional assessments. An additional 30 days or more can provide the individual with a greater foundation for long term sobriety. Throughout this extended stay, treatment is continually tailored to address resident needs with proper forms of therapy and care.

Extended care at this drug addiction treatment center furthers the effort of the primary care stay. The recovery effort introduces additional programs and social elements to help the individual reintegrate into society a sober person. The 12-steps are also continued with extended care by building upon the 4th and 5th steps. Residents also begin working regularly with a sponsor and 12-step fellowships. One-on-one therapies are continually provided through out extended care to more fully address any underlying issues and better preparing the individual for the recovery effort.

After Completion of a Drug Addiction Center and Treatment Stay

Upon completion of alcohol and drug rehab at Cirque Lodge (either a primary care of extended care stay), each resident is provided with a Continuing Care Plan to help them with relapse prevention. For some, this plan can involve a sober living environment for awhile. The plan also consists of additional outpatient programs and therapy elements to further the efforts of recovery. Central to all of this is continuing the efforts of the 12-steps and involvement in meetings and sponsors. Our aftercare coordinator works with each resident prior to discharge in coordinating these efforts for residents in their home communities.

Those who have completed treatment at our effective drug addiction center are also provided with exclusive privileges to help them along the way. The Guesting Privilege allows a resident to return to the addiction treatment facility and guest for a few days. This can help them to refocus their sober efforts. Residents can also return to the Cirque and participate in the family program at anytime as well. There is also an annual reunion for alumni to return and participate in.
