Cirque Lodge is personalized to meet the needs of the client. Addiction is very different in each individual case. A cookie cutter approach to addiction treatment is just not an effective one. At Cirque Lodge, we tailor care to meet the needs of our clients. This focus is effective at addressing the personal issues of addiction within the client. One-on-one therapy is provided to address the underlying problems, while group therapy is used to instill support. It is an effective drug rehab approach to building strength from within the client.

Upon admission, each client undergoes a rigorous assessment of tests. The result of this procedure lays the groundwork for a personalized addiction treatment plan. We offer a number of physical activities to assist in the recovery process. Yoga is an effective practice for the body mind and spirit. At Cirque Lodge, we incorporate yoga into each addiction treatment plan. Yoga is effective at helping the client relax and in centering the thoughts into meditation. It can be difficult in overcoming addiction at times to sleep. Addiction withdrawal can cause a great deal of anxiety. Yoga is a useful assistant in relaxing the client and preparing them for sleep.

As a part of treatment, our clients are invited to participate in exercise activities as well. An active approach helps to provide physical healing to a body tattered by addictive practices. The Lodge offers a private onsite exercise facility. Residents of the Studio are permitted to work out at a local Gold's Gym. Recently, Cirque Lodge has added a health and wellness program for the residents of the Studio. This is physical endurance training from a personal trainer. It takes the enjoyment of the addiction treatment program to the next level. Sometimes it takes getting right physically to help with other types of recovery and drug rehab activities.

Experiential therapy is also an active part of addiction treatment. Though important to emotional and psychological healing, experiential therapy is also quite active in nature. The experiential program consist of elements of climbing, biking, hiking, fishing, as well as snow shoeing in the winter. It is an active program. However, it is also an integral part of the entire drug rehab commitment. Experiential activities also involve a great deal of learning, meditation, and developing coping strategies.
