It allows our admissions and treatment staff to gain an understanding of the addiction problem at hand. The Pre-Intake Assessment Form is available online under the admissions header. When filled out it supplies basic information regarding the potential clients medical and drug abuse history.

A part of the admissions process is a physical examination by a medical doctor. Cirque Lodge offers an involved, active, program. The individual seeking treatment must be physically capable to enjoy all aspects of drug rehab healing. This physical examination is provided upon admission into the program. For those who have recently had a physical examination, a notice from the doctor is required. The admissions process continues with a tour of the facilities and an answering of questions to address all areas of details.

For a number of individuals, the 30-day program is not long enough to truly prepare for recovery. For these individuals, Cirque Lodge offers an extended care program at our Studio facility. Extended care is a more intensified approach to the recovery process. Therapy is personalized in extended care to discover the real issues behind the addiction. In extended care each client has the opportunity to partake of additional programs as well as out of facility support meetings and addiction sponsors. The purpose is to reintroduce the client to social situations without the need for drugs or alcohol. The drug rehab details of extended care go far beyond that of the traditional 30-day program.
