Primary Care in Drug Rehab

The Cirque Lodge alcohol and adult drug rehab center has a two fold mission in treating sufferers of alcoholism and drug addiction. First is to put a halt to the addiction. Stopping the addiction is the task of our fine treatment staff. During a primary care stay in our facility and individual can receive appropriate therapy for treating their addiction. The time spent here will allow the body sufficient time in the process of ridding itself of any toxins in the system. Use of therapy in the cognitive and behavioral nature allows us to explore any other underlying problems or trauma that an individual may have.

The second step of our mission is to provide all necessary means of support. Through the use of group and experiential therapy we hope to arm the residents of Cirque Lodge with the strength and focus they will need on the outside world. When an individual leaves our program they are on their own. It is our hope that the treatment they receive coupled with means of support can keep them on the road to recovery their life through.

A primary care stay in our drug rehab center is 30 days. In that time a resident receives an individualized treatment plan to help them best combat addiction. In compliment to that, we use the proven 12-step method of treating alcohol and drug addiction. Incorporated into that is our experiential therapy program. These experiential activities are designed to meet the needs of all physical conditions and are in place to promote experience that encourages life and not addiction. For many, 30 days is just the right amount of time to get back on track in life. For others, addiction can just be too controlling. For those individuals in need of a long term drug rehab, we have extended care programs available.

Extended Care in Drug Rehab

When a resident of Cirque Lodge needs additional treatment then what primary care provides, we believe in taking the drug rehab program even farther. Extended care occurs at the Studio location of Cirque Lodge. This additional time is used to proceed on with primary care programs, while we delve deeper into an individual's addiction issues. Many times at the core of addiction is emotional or psychological trauma that drives the individual to addiction.

During an extended care stay in drug rehab, our goal is to get to the heart of these issues and educate our residents in how to deal with them. By gaining a thorough understanding of why an individual uses we can expand their skill in various coping strategies. The last thing we want as an addiction treatment center is to see one of our former residents fall victim to relapse. It is our experience that when an individual is willing to submit and go through the steps of our drug rehab program with their purpose being sobriety, they can obtain successful recovery.

Provided with both primary and extended care programs is our lifetime guest privilege. We understand that the world outside is a challenging one. The stress and peril that is out there is inviting for graduates of our program to let down their guard and start using again. Our guest privilege is in place to make sure that relapse is not a possibility. Free of charge, for up to 72 hours, alumni of our program can return to the drug rehab facility and refocus their efforts on sobriety. Individuals can take part in the programs once again that gave them the strength for recovery in the first place. This program is provided to all who have graduated our program, but only if they have not relapsed back into addiction. Aftercare in a Drug Rehab Center

We don't want the residents of Cirque Lodge drug rehabilitation facility to be alone upon leaving our program. We have a thorough aftercare program that ensures continued sobriety from our residents. We find each individual the right support programs in their local areas to further strengthen the steps of the 12-step process. We find them a sponsor to be a guide and example in their recovery. We are also developing many other alumni programs, so our alumni have all the necessary means support structures around them.
