When an individual comes to Cirque Lodge for alcohol or drug rehab, they are surrounded by a caring and helpful staff.  Many individuals who find recovery have had an influential person who has helped them along the way. It is our hope that those in need of addiction help can find that in our caring staff. It is a staff that strives to exceed expectations on every level. From the highest of clinicians to the housekeeping staff, the focus is to meet and exceed our residents needs and expectations. Alcohol and drug rehab can be quite the process. Caring individuals can help to ease some of these burdens. Members of staff can also provide the individual with a needed challenge to strengthen their weaknesses when it comes to addiction.

A good number of the Cirque Staff are in successful recovery. Not long ago, they were individuals who were on a similar path of addiction and destruction. With the help of an effective recovery program (some are alumn of the Cirque itself), these individuals have dedicated their lives to helping others find recovery from alcoholism or drug addiction. It is the message of the 12-step program.  Once an individual has found that internal and spiritual change, it is then on their shoulders to take this message to fellow alcoholics and addicts, to assist them in finding the same.
