Balanced Alcohol and Drug Rehab

Monday, March 2nd, 2009

Cirque Lodge, Alcohol and Drug Rehab FacilitiesWe offer a balanced program. This is a balance of individual, group and family elements. With a balance, we can find what works best for each individual. The treatment of alcohol and drug addiction is not exact. A lot of the emphasis goes into the needs of the person; their problems, and why they turn to using. At Cirque Lodge, alcohol and drug rehab begins with a rigorous assessment process. This helps our experienced treatment professionals in preparing a program that meets the addict/alcoholic’s specific needs.

A part of our balance to alcohol and drug rehab is experiential learning activities. These are hands on activities where recovery takes on an active meaning. Clients develop skills through action and activity. They learn important recovery lessons in nature based elements. They learn important lessons about life by working with horses. The experiential element is a profoundly powerful piece. Balanced into our treatment element, experiential activities can enhance the development of a successful recovery.

We are all individuals and some of us have different struggles. These things can have a hand in developing an alcohol or drug addiction. A balanced program can supply the answers. Personal and family programs can help to clear up some of the underlying problems that have led to substance abuse. Group programs and elements of experiential activities can be influential in providing needed support. The experiences can be different for each individual. The purpose of the result is the same. We want each client to have the very best experiences of their life. We want these to be life changing experiences, a means to an end to alcohol and drug addiction.
