A Balance of Addiction Treatment and Experiential Activity
The road to recovery from drug and alcohol addiction is different for every individual. For some it is a greater process before recovery is achieved. At Cirque Lodge, we look to accommodate our clients with the right balance of alcohol and drug rehab treatment. By providing many elements of addiction treatment, clients can discover what works best for them. This balance involves a personalized therapy, experiential activity and the 12-step program.
Experiential activities provide a unique balance to the more rigorous elements of addiction treatment. These activities allow for healing and self discovery. The involvement of these activities can make treatment for addiction a little easier to bear. It creates an environment for growing. Many of the activities provided in the experiential program take place out of doors surrounded by nature. It is an ideal location for healing. The mountain can provide therapy that can not be found in a classroom alone. Nature also provides a place for working steps of a 12-step recovery. Our clients have many opportunities for connecting with a higher power and having their own vital spiritual experience.
