Recovery Venues at the Studio
The Cirque Lodge Studio is such a dynamic building. Because of its sheer size and property, a number of different venues have been developed for those in alcohol and drug rehab. These venues can be helpful places for working on the recovery process. This time of year the Studio is surrounded in a wide assortment of various colored flowers. The Rose garden is a beautiful site to take some time out for study and reflection. The Studio also has an organic garden where residents raise their own vegetables. These quiet places can calm the chaos that comes from alcoholism or drug abuse and provide a venue for healing and spiritual wellness.
The Studio houses a greater number of clients than the Lodge. It is the location of Cirque’s administrative offices and hosts Family Week proceedings. The soundstage once used for television and movies now houses a large ropes challenge course and climbing facility. The Studio is also the location for Cirque’s equine program provided in both indoor and outdoor venues. The horses have stables right on the premises. These unique places can be used for developing needed skills for long term sobriety.
At the heart of this unique venue is a very caring recovery and addiction treatment program. Residents can enjoy these activities as part of the recovery process, but the activities are just a small part of a fully involved and effective alcohol or drug rehab program. This is provided by a dedicated and caring treatment staff. Through the fun activities and through the struggles, caring staff members are available to address concerns and provide effective support.
