Admission into Drug Rehab

Individualized treatment is specific to the addict's personal needs, and is adjusted according to the progress of the drug rehab program. The Admissions Staff is dedicated to helping you with the information needed to enroll into rehab. The admissions department is comprised of alumni of the Cirque Lodge program. They can empathize with the addict's situations, they have been there too. More than anything the admissions staff is willing to listen to the addict's problem and meet their needs with the Cirque Lodge program.

The Pre-Intake Assessment Form

An important part of the admissions process is the pre-intake assessment form. This online form allows our admission staff to gauge the severity of addiction and any medical issues. Cirque Lodge is an active and physical drug rehab program. The pre-intake assessment form allows the admissions staff to determine if the client's physical needs are able, and to see if Cirque Lodge is the right fit for your addiction needs. This form contains informational pages regarding medical doctors and specialists with contact info regarding medical problems.

This form is used for a number of reasons. We want to understand the addict. We want to understand the severity and what type of addiction problems. As a dual diagnosis facility we want to treat co-occurring issues such as depression or anxiety. The pre-intake assessment form grants us information regarding such emotional or mood disorders, and the medications that coincide with this treatment. The form is also used to lay the groundwork regarding personalized addiction treatment for that particular client.

Recommendations for Drug Rehab

The admissions department will also make recommendations regarding which of Cirque Lodge's facilities would be best. The Lodge in Sundance Utah is a private and exclusive drug rehab mountain retreat. The Studio is more of a community environment. It is also private in nature and is home to the day to day administration. The admissions department will prepare the clients arrival in which ever facility best suits that particular client.

The admissions staff can also help you with what to bring to our treatment center. Many of our common daily items that we use are not allowed in addiction treatment. They detract from the nature of the drug rehab program. The admissions staff can instruct on what to bring and what to expect from this once in a lifetime program. We treat individuals from all areas. Many of our clients fly into the Salt Lake International Airport from there area of residence. As a part of admission, we pick up or clients from the airport in one of or many private vehicles and bring them to our facility. Usually detoxification is the initial step of drug rehab. Cirque Lodge works with an off campus facility with a dedicated Detoxification Staff. Upon completion of detox, we will supply transportation for enrollment into our addiction treatment program.

Privacy is an important aspect of the Cirque Lodge program. As a 12-step program, we emphasize the importance of anonymity in addiction treatment. Due to this high level of privacy in our facility, many high profile members of society and celebrities have come to us for treatment.
