The Private Helicopter

One of the many activities of the experiential program is the use of our private helicopter. Our residents are given the opportunity to tour the surrounding mountains of the Cirque Lodge drug rehab program. They have an up close and personal experience from a completely different vantage point. The private helicopter is designed to offer the most in luxurious private flight. The residents can experience nature and wildlife in a personal setting. It is therapeutic to experience the addiction treatment facility from high in the sky.

The drug rehab helicopter lands in remote locations high in these surrounding mountains. The clients then have the opportunity to go hiking, and snowshoeing in these remote locations. The peace and serenity of being in an area completely oblivious to man is a humbling experience. The drug rehab clients enjoy the beautiful surround from very high places. Time is also allotted for meditation and relaxation to allow the clients to experience the true quiet and serenity of nature.

An aspect of the experiential program is to provide vital spiritual experiences to our clients. An integral part of the 12-step process is in finding one's higher power. The spiritual experiences provide by the experiential program enhances the process of finding and utilizing one's higher power.
