Meditation can be an effective tool in the drug rehab process. A relaxed atmosphere surrounded by nature allows the residents of Cirque Lodge to reflect and meditate on their drug treatment. An important step in the 12 step process is to find a higher power to help in overcoming addiction. Meditation allows each drug rehab resident some time for serious self reflection. This can be pertinent in reconnecting with the higher power in the individual. Our sauna and spa offer a place where the residents can relax and meditate on their individual addiction treatment programs.
