The Recording Room
Cirque Lodge Alcohol and Drug Rehab Facility

This area of the recording studio is used for recording musicians. It is large enough to record up to a 50 piece orchestra. We have also used this room on occasions to have private concerts from professional musicians who are in recovery. These sessions help our drug rehab and addiction treatment residents to enjoy music from other people who have been where they are now, and give them a sense of hope in their own recovery. People who have been suffering from the disease of addiction to various drugs and alcoholism need to experience anew the joy of music. We give them that opportunity through the use of this recording studio as part of our drug rehab program.

Quiet in Drug Rehab

The recording room is the quietest place in the entire facility. It was constructed to be that way. We use the recording room for some group therapy settings to help in battling addiction. Residents are usually awed by how quiet the room is. It provides a quiet little place perfect for meditation on one's personal treatment program. It is amazing that a room built completely with noise in mind can adversely be so silent. Group therapy programs can build strong pathways of support in the lifelong struggle with addiction. The group activities we offer here at the Studio can help the residents build friendships dedicated to the cause of sobriety. The recording room at the Studio provides a quiet place where support can be formed for individuals seeking an alcohol and drug rehab program.

Family Program at Drug Rehab

The recording room also houses some of our family week programs offered at the Studio. This quiet setting is a perfect meeting place for residents and families as they learn more from our drug rehab counselors. The family program is a strong part of the drug rehab program we have here at our drug rehab facility. We feel it is important to educate family members on the nature of addiction, because there are usually many misunderstandings. In this way the loved ones of our residents can have a better feel about drug treatment and what it takes to achieve successful recovery from alcoholism and drug abuse.

The family program offered here at the Studio also helps to build pathways of support from loved ones. This can be a vital step in the recovery process.
