An effective 12-step program is anchored with quality counseling. The alcohol and drug rehab program at the Studio at Cirque Lodge uses the time-tested Alcoholics Anonymous program along with private and group therapy sessions and experiential therapy. There are a number of larger and smaller group rooms and individual therapy rooms that are used for drug rehab throughout the week. These rooms are also used during Family Week where family members and other loved ones can learn about alcoholism and substance abuse. This exclusive program allows the family to experience part of the addiction treatment process. It shows them ways to help better understand and support their loved one on their life journey to recovery.

Individual Therapy in Drug Rehab

Upon arrival at the Cirque Lodge drug rehab program, each resident receives their own individual addiction treatment counselor. This individual approach to drug counseling allows us to personalize and tweak each drug rehab program based solely on the progress of the individual. Our residents have a much better treatment experience knowing that their addiction counselor is willing to help them every step of the way. Many of our counselors are alumni of alcohol and drug rehabs and have enjoyed several years of successful recovery. They can empathize with our residents, they have been there too.

Group Therapy in Drug Reha

We also offer our residents an array of group activities. Many times an individual can feel alone in their struggle with addiction. Group therapy allows drug rehab residents to gain support from their peers in a similar situation. Many times people struggling with addiction do not understand the importance of needing help in addiction treatment. Group therapy creates an atmosphere of trust between individuals that can give them the support they need for recovery. This group setting can also build important friendships that can be life long. Building these friendships in drug rehab can be very supportive after leaving our program.

Family Group Drug Rehab Therapy

An important part of each addiction treatment plan is our family program. We invite the family members of our residents to come participate for four days in drug rehab related activities. The family program is geared to educate family members on the nature of addiction. We allow group therapy classes to help build ties between family and resident. We educate the family on support programs they can use after each resident leaves our drug rehab program. Family week is a very powerful part of our drug rehab process. Many members look back on family week as a changing point in the drug rehab program.

Experiential Therapy and Drug Rehab

At Cirque Lodge Studio, we offer complete addiction treatment in individual and group therapy. What sets us apart is our experiential program. We use the location of the studio to provide therapeutic activities in our mountain setting. Activities such as hiking fly fishing, and equine therapy activities, teach our residents valuable lessons they can use in drug rehab. At the Studio, we use an array of therapy types to get the best results for each individual.
