Barry Bruder is a Recovery Coach, counselor and interventionist. Sustainable Sobriety was created through Barry's vast experiences in helping individuals with chronic diseases and illness. He has developed a program for individuals called Bodywurx. This is a synthesis of deep-tissue body work, emotional release, and energy medicine. With this the unhelpful patterns of physical, emotional and mental struggles are explored. Barry uses his many years of training and experiences, enabling the individual to release the struggles, traumatic experiences and anger they may be dealing with. With this comes an education on developing "crisis management communication skills', as well as empathetic listening.
