Kristina Wandzilak- is the Executive Director of Full Circle Intervention Family division, a nationally recognized presenter and author. Having specialized in intervention since 1998 she opened the doors of Full Circle Intervention in 2005, with the vision of bringing respectful intervention to families who are in crisis around addiction with a family member. Kristina has had articles on addiction in Glamour, Glamour UK, and Teen Vogue and has co-authored a memoir, The Lost Years, with her mother Constance Curry. The Lost Years chronicles their parallel journey through addiction, codependency and into the recovery they both enjoy today.
Kate Webster- is the Executive Director of Full Circle Intervention Professionals division. She brings over fifteen years of Executive Search experience to her work with Fortune 500 company executives facing addiction issues in the workplace. Kate travels nationally and internationally providing discreet and effective intervention to companies who have a senior executive in crisis with addiction. Kate and her team have developed a successful Intervention and Re-entry program that supports the client and the company through the first year of recovery.

Kristina, the second of four children, tells how she turns to alcohol for comfort when she is 13. She gives a brutally honest description of her descent into addiction, prostitution, burglary and violent rape until her near death on the floor of a homeless shelter completely alone at the age of 21. Adding a heart-wrenching counterpart to the story, Kristina's mother, Constance, tells of her powerlessness to help her addicted daughter, the break-up of her unhappy marriage and how she comes to terms with her own co-dependency. She is also faced with the worst choice a mother has to make, to close the door on Kristina, sending her onto the streets in order to save herself and protect her other children.
Then follows the remarkable story of Kristina's recovery and the years of acclimating herself to living a normal life. Ultimately, she reclaims herself, her place in her family and a new and loving relationship with her mother. Both mother and daughter have since become a force for good in this world.
