One thing we hold personal here at Cirque Lodge is resident privacy. We are very committed to the highest levels of privacy and confidentiality for residents. Each resident works one-on-one with the treatment staff and benefits from a confidential addiction treatment plan. All members of staff are frequently educated and trained on resident anonymity and treatment ethics. It is something we focus on providing every resident who comes to us for treatment.

The Cirque has two facilities. Both function as a private rehab center, free from outside influences. The location of these facilities adds to the private and exclusive feel. Most rooms are shared accommodations; however private accommodations are also available upon request. We understand that some individuals require the highest levels of privacy. Programs and accommodations can be tailored to meet this need. Treating the Disease of Addiction

There is no one set manner that goes into treating the disease of addiction. Each individual can require different attentions or programming to create an internal change. The Cirque Lodge uses a number of treatment types and therapies in our addiction rehab center. These therapies help to bring attention to the cognitive and behavioral elements of addiction and alcoholism. Personal therapy sessions are also provided for dealing with any underlying problems or concerns. This is balanced with workshops and lectures to better educate the individual on addiction and the importance of working a recovery program.

We provide treatment and 12-step help a little differently at Cirque. In addition to many of the clinical and traditional pieces of an inpatient rehab center, Cirque uses an experiential program. These are activities that promote recovery and provide lessons and life skills. Each day provides a different experiential learning challenge. Part of this experiential element comes from the healing of nature and the mountain. Residents take part in a number of different mountain activities during their stay. These outings are used to teach concepts of 12-step recovery and to allow the individual a chance to have vital spiritual experience.

Additional Elements of an Addiction Rehab Center

Additional elements go into providing an effective addiction rehab center. To help our residents better continue their recovery, we offer a family program. Family members are encouraged to participate in a Family Week during their loved one's stay. Programs and workshops are provided to better educate the family on addiction and their role in the recovery process. Therapies provide a platform for the family to begin the healing process and resolve any concerns that might be had. The family program is an influential piece to recovery, for the addict/alcoholic and their loved ones.

When a resident is nearing the end of their stay in our alcohol and drug rehab center, they begin looking into options for aftercare. A Continuing Care Plan is prepared for the resident. This consists of additional elements of treatment, therapy and recovery efforts. A central element of this plan is continuing the steps of recovery. The Continuing Care Plan provides measures and information for continuing in meetings and a 12-step fellowship. After leaving the addiction rehab center, following this plan is a solid foundation of relapse prevention.
