Addiction Treatment for Men
Cirque Lodge offers a private, exclusive and personalized addiction treatment for men seeking recovery from alcohol abuse and drug addiction. According to recent treatment episode data reported by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), more men than women received alcohol treatment or drug rehab for addiction problems in most states. Accommodations are separated for men and women; allowing male residents to focus more on healing and recovery.
The drug rehab program is also effectively personalized with therapies to address the disease of addiction.
Staff and Community Support in Addiction Treatment
Focusing addiction treatment for men begins with the support and care of the staff. Each facility is properly staffed to offer 24-hour care and support for men. This includes male members of staff in recovery to assist with 12-step work and providing support. Each man who comes to Cirque for alcohol rehab or drug rehab
care is also assigned a treatment counselor. Counselors are professionally licensed. They oversee the individualized treatment plan and provide treatment therapies to clients.
The Cirque Lodge and Studio facility are also based on a community type of feel. Male residents can really grow and gain from the support of their peers that are also in treatment and group therapy sessions. Recovery is very much a work of attraction and of support. The positive community environment can be a vital aspect to healing and growing. Men can learn and develop support for one another. For this reason, a majority of the resident rooms are shared accommodations, allowing clients to support each other as they work together on sobriety.
Programming in Addiction Treatment for Men
and drug rehab at Cirque Lodge is individualized to provide the most specific care. Individualized programming provides a number of interventions based on the personal needs of the individual client. For men in addiction treatment, this consists of an individualized treatment plan that is meticulously tailored to address the clients' internal needs. This plan is developed by the clinical team and administrated over by the counselor assigned to the resident. Alcohol treatment and drug rehab consists of a balance of addiction therapies in both individualized, group and family settings. This is balanced with fun and engaging experiential activities that enhance the recovery experience.
Cirque Lodge consists of a program for the body, mind and spirit. For men in addiction treatment, Physical recovery can be a needed and vital part. To accommodate this, we offer a very active recovery program. Time is set aside each day for exercise. Men at the Lodge have their private gym on location. Studio residents can work out in the gymnasium, or are transported to a local Gold's Gym to work out. Experiential activities also give residents many opportunities to exercise through mountain based activities and challenges. This allows those in alcohol rehab and drug rehab a means to recovering physically from the challenges of addiction. It also is a means of relapse prevention. Exercise and such activities can be a daily means to focusing not only on wellness, but the recovery effort.
Recovery Oriented Drug Rehab Program
Support begins with addiction treatment for men, but the intent is to provide a long term means to promoting recovery and sobriety in male residents. Cirque Lodge is a recovery oriented drug rehab program with a foundation on the 12-step program. In treatment, clients begin the 12-step process. This is incorporated into treatment with assignment and group work that helps the individual develop. As the resident progresses, additional elements are introduced, such as outside 12-step meetings and working with a temporary sponsor. When treatment is completed, a foundation is in place for the man to continue his recovery effort within a 12-step community in his home environment.
