The treatment plan at Cirque Lodge is founded upon the 12-step modality. In addition to the twelve step program we incorporate individual and group counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy, and one-on-one counseling. Cirque Lodge is famous for its experiential therapy program as a part of their treatment plan. With experiential therapy, the residents of Cirque Lodge can enjoy a number of therapeutic activities while in a drug treatment rehab. These activities include, hiking, fly fishing, snow shoeing, private helicopter flights, and a number of other activities constructed to treat the addictive mind.

Individualized Treatment Plan

Enrollment at Cirque Lodge begins with a pre-intake assessment. To provide the most effective addiction treatment program, we must have a full grasp of the specific case of addiction. Medical and drug abuse history are a part of this assessment to provide the best methods to be utilized in the individualized treatment plan. From this assessment recommendations are made for an individualized treatment plan. This plan is designed to specifically work with the individual in addiction treatment.

Upon enrollment residents of Cirque Lodge are appointed an addiction counselor. This counselor works with the resident on an independent basis, and treatment is designed according to the individualized treatment plan. In independent counseling, many issues involved in addiction are addressed. By resolving these issues the recovering individuals can have a stable balance to their mental process.

Cirque Lodge also provides group based therapy activities for those in drug rehab. The power of a group is essential in a complete addiction treatment plan. When dealing with addicts there are two things that are commonly missing, structure and support. Group based programs help to install the structure and support that is needed to overcome the pains of addiction. These group programs also provide their own elements of effectiveness to the individualized treatment plan.

Family Treatment Plan

At Cirque Lodge, we feel that treating the family is just as essential as treating the addiction. Many times the family suffers through the problems of addiction in there own way. The family program at Cirque Lodge provides much needed therapy to family members of our residents. We help to educate and inspire the family on the true nature of addiction. We also provide counseling and treatment programs to help the family build necessary means of support. Most often it is the family that provides the biggest area of support after drug rehab.
